With stunning views from the front deck and easy beach access, this home is ideal for families, friends, and even your four\-legged companions\.This inverted home features four bedrooms—one on the upper level and three on the lower level\. The upper level boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ceiling beams, and access to a large screened\-in deck\. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight, and the cozy living area includes ample seating, a Queen sleeper sofa \(with sheets provided\), HDTV, sound system, and expanded cable—perfect for family movie nights\. A King bedroom with an en\-suite bathroom is also located on this level\.On the lower level, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one Queen and two King bedrooms, all with HDTVs for your entertainment\.Pet\-Friendly: Bring along your furry friend with payment of a pet fee\.Outdoor amenities include a large pool with plenty of space and chairs for sunbathing, a picnic table, and a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower/changing area\. Beach access is just a short walk away, located between 126 & 128 OBE\.Bed linens and towels are provided for weekly rentals\.Please Note: Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper are not supplied\. Guests should bring dishwashing and laundry detergent\.
