Become the newest resident of the East Village as you make a home in
   this sun\-lit studio apartment\. Fully equipped with hardwood floors and
   accented crisp white walls for a modern feel\. The East Village has
   become one of the most eclectic neighborhoods in Manhattan\. Bustling
   with busy streets and walking distance to Union Square, this
   neighborhood boasts a handful of communal gardens, street art, shops,
   and a serious food selection\. Home to the largest park on the east
   coast of the city, Tompkins Square Park is a great place for those
   looking for activities or just a stroll\. The East Village has plenty to
   offer visitors and locals alike\. This studio may be furnished or
   unfurnished at the time of your move\-in date\.


   Your safety and comfort are our top priorities\! To ensure it, we ask
   all our new members to complete a background and credit check and
   electronically sign a residency agreement\. You'll need to share your ID
   and Social Security Number \(for those in the US\) with us\. We'll shoot
