A safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood just a short  uber to the hip, walkable nightlife center Over the Rhine or Downtown\! Walk to cute neighborhood Bowtie Cafe nearby, or listen to live music at the Blind Lemon\. You'll be just steps away from the Holy Cross Monastery, and surrounding Mt Adams is beautiful Eden Park which includes landmarks such as Cincinnati Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park and Krohn Conservatory\.

First floor apartment with private entrance\. High Speed Internet throughout apartment\. Living room includes 50” Roku Smart TV\. Roku provides thousands of movies, tv channels, and the top streaming services available such as Netflix, HBO, and Showtime \(guest uses own accounts\.
