AC is provided by the 5 mini\-split units in the property, they are in all 4 bedrooms and 1 in the main living space upstairs\. Each bedroom also features a ceiling fan, with the exception of the loft\. Hot Tub Access: The hot tub is available for guest use—please enjoy it responsibly and at your own risk\. All posted rules must be followed at all times\. Failure to follow hot tub guidelines that results in misuse requiring draining, cleaning, and refilling will incur a $325 service fee\. \~\~Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered\~\~ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling\.
