There is a large screen smart TV with cable services\.The kitchen provides all of the necessary equipment to cater for your stay, and you can choose to dine at the full formal dining table, sunny breakfast nook, or alfresco aside your private pool\!As a corner plot, the home benefits from a larger than average size pool and enjoys the sunshine throughout the day\. The deck is a private area surrounded by a variety of planting\. With plenty of seating, including under a covered shady area, you can spend a whole day by the pool and then sink into the bubbling spa in the evening\. Please inquire if pool heat or BBQ rental is desired\.Downstairs, there is a large master bedroom featuring a kingsize bed, desk and access to the pool deck\. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with both shower and garden bathtub, plus walk\-in\-wardrobe\. The princess twin bedroom is also located downstairs\. There is an additional kingsize bedroom upstairs which also offers a crib\.
