Your group will be “All In” at this South Haven vacation rental, a welcoming 5\-bedroom, 3\-bath ranch\-style home designed for families and groups\. Located in a desirable neighborhood with access to a community pool and scenic hiking and biking trails connecting to downtown South Haven and Van Buren State Park, this home offers both convenience and outdoor fun\.

The finished lower level features a game room with shuffleboard, wet bar, and additional sleeping space, while the backyard invites gatherings around the fire pit, grilling, and yard games\. Enjoy walkable access to Kids Corner Park and the Blue Stairs beach access at South Beach\.  Just a mile to downtown shops and dining\!

Pool is open to the guests of All In at Trailside from Memorial Day to Labor Day

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check\-in date
