The home features a very well\-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and a 12 x 25 private pool with jacuzzi \(water kept at normal pool temperature; not a hot tub\)\. Relax on the spacious deck, or enjoy the downstairs game room\. Additional amenities include high\-speed WiFi, expanded cable, TVs and ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms, outdoor furniture, ice machine, gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower\.Included with Weekly Rentals:\- Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress\-free start to your vacation\.\- Bed linens \(beds in bedrooms only\), towels, and bath mats provided for weekly rentals\- Welcome Amenity Bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit\.\(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used\.\)Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee \(except during June–August\)\. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88\~F and can only maintain 8–10\~F above the outside temperature\. Pool heaters cannot operate if the outside temperature is below 55\~F\.
