The townhome features a main living space as well as a loft, with the usual amenities you would expect in a luxury townhome: 3 TV's, WIFI, 2 gas fireplaces and a gas grill\. The home is ideal for 2 or 3 families to share\. Sleeping areas are private and self\-contained with views from every room and plenty of parking with a 2 car garage \(one parking space is available in the garage\) as well as 2 additional parking spaces in front\. There are two ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski\-area is also conveniently nearby\. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest\. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly\-fishing, hiking, four\-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door\.
