Alpine Escape is perfect for everyone\. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the slopes and golf course\. This large home has everything you need for a wonderful stay, you'll never want to leave\.

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 2000\+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, 8\-person dining table, two beautiful wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 4 bedroom, 2 bath\. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV with cable\. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV with cable\. Upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds and smart TV with cable\. Upstairs fourth bedroom has two sets of queen/twin bunk beds and mounted smart TV with cable\. 

KITCHEN \- Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Game room with pool table and foosball\. 6 smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games\. Relax in the tub or near one of the two cozy wood burning fireplaces\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people\.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
