It features a beautiful large sundeck water side and sparkling heated pool\. There's a great dock to fish or just sit, relax and watch dolphins and manatees go by\. 
 
 This spacious, lower floor condo has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with its own private balcony\. The décor is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings you want to stay in\. Beautiful wood flooring in open living and dining area\. A comfortable condo at a great value with a perfect location\! The private balcony from this condo has an obstructed view of the water\.
