King bedroom and full bath upstairs, sitting area with twin sofa sleeper, half bath on the main level\. Fully equipped kitchen with 5\-burner gas range, fiber\-optic Wi\-Fi, mini\-split heating and cooling, and original artwork throughout\. A private patio with seating for four and access to the shared yard and Blackstone grill round it out\.
