## Description
Welcome to the luxurious Anderson Ocean Club unit \#1708, a shared Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort\. Unit 1708 is a stunning, privately\-owned, direct oceanfront condo on the 17th floor, perfect for a memorable Myrtle Beach getaway\. This recently renovated condo offers a blend of modern elegance and coastal charm\.

Two private cabanas are available for rent at the north end of the pool deck, complete with chilled face cloths, 2 bottles of water and 1 bottle of
champagne\. These cabanas can be rented on a daily basis through the front desk \($150\)\.  Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT heated\. 

Highlights of Unit 1708 include:

\- 1 Br / 1 Ba: Comfortably sleeps up to eight \(8\) guests with two \(2\) Queen beds, a
double pull\-down Murphy bed, and double pull\-out sofa bed in the living room\.
