Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground\. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment\. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic\.

The Anna Maria Island Beach Sands \#101 overlooks the Gulf of Mexico is located with\-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St\. that leads right out onto the pier, famous for strolling, fishing and eating and the restaurant at the end of the pier\.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico experience beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico by day and spectacular sunsets by night\. After a long hard day at the beach treat yourself to cocktails on the west balcony overlooking the beach\.

You can also watch the sunset, para\-sailors go by and the dolphins play from all these rooms as well\. Additionally The Beach Sands \#101 offers you high speed wireless internet, HD TELEVISION with over 380 CHANNELS and heated pool\.

The Beach Sands 101 has just been completely remodelled and now offers you a new designer kitchen with exotic granite and two new full washrooms with granite as well\.
