The adjacent dining area and kitchen are prefect for the cook to engage with the rest of the group while preparing meals\.  The kitchen boasts granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances\.  The small powder room bathroom is easily accessible from this area\.  During the summer, guests can enjoy the private deck for meals with the BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and stargazing in the private hot tub\.

Kindly be advised that admiring this breathtaking scenery necessitates navigating a steep driveway\! In the winter months, visitors must be ready for the fact that accessing Lakota’s main entrance will necessitate a 4 wheel drive on snowy days\. Snow removal services will only be offered if there is an accumulation of 3 inches by morning\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests for each day they violate these rules\.
