Welcome to AOK’s Oasis, your ultimate beachfront retreat in Fort Morgan, AL\. Nestled along the pristine white sand beaches and emerald\-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this stunning duplex offers breathtaking views right off the back deck, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and unforgettable memories\.

This pet\-friendly, spacious five\-bedroom, four\-and\-a\-half\-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large families, group vacations, or multi\-family retreats\. With 2,460 square feet of living space, guests will enjoy double the amenities and plenty of room to unwind\.

The main level features two fully equipped kitchens, each with a full\-size refrigerator, range, and dishwasher, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease\. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a third bedroom with a full\-over\-full bunk bed and a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and a fifth bedroom with another queen bed\. For additional sleeping options, there are two queen\-size sofa sleepers\. Two separate laundry closets add convenience for extended stays\.

A unique feature of this home is the interior locked door that allows guests to seamlessly move between both sides of the duplex or keep them private for separate groups\. This unit is dog\-friendly\! A non\-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog\. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one\. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs\. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog\-friendly beach down Fort Morgan\.
