From November 1\- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires \(3PMSF\) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home\.  Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and is intermittent\.  Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing\.  Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this condo can accommodate ONLY 1 vehicle\. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY\.

We have 3 private bedrooms \- 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, and 1 bunk room with 2 twin bunks \- and 3 bathrooms, a dining table for 6, a living room with cozy seating for all, and a kitchen with all the tools and dinnerware you'll need, Apex View will give you all the comforts of home, but at 8,000 feet above sea level\!
