• Master Suite: on the main floor has a king bed, direct access to the pool area, a large walk\-in closet, and a spa\-like en\-suite with a Roman shower and garden tub\.
• Queen Bedroom: has a queen bed and direct access to a Jack and Jill bathroom\.
• Bunk Room: has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull\-out trundle and connects to the same Jack and Jill bathroom from the opposite side\.
•  Office: The office can be used as a sleeping area using the daybed and trundle\.
• Upstairs Loft Suite: King bed and daybed with a trundle that has its own full bathroom, perfect for multigenerational stays or added privacy\.

Additional spaces include a dedicated office with French doors, ideal for remote work, and a bonus loft for extra relaxation or game nights\.
