\~ 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗬 \~ Custom\-built all\-log cabin set on several wooded acres\. WOODED views, an outdoor FIREPIT \(firewood not provided\)\. Located on a quiet residential street with just a few homes\. Accessible by paved roads and paved driveway, the cabin offers ample off\-street parking for 4\+ cars\. With only 5 steps to the front door, your arrival and unpacking will be easy\! 

\~ 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 \~ Appalachian Escape Cabin: A thoughtful blend of traditional and modern \- hand\-hewn hemlock log walls, exposed beams, gleaming hardwood floors throughout, and rustic log furniture are all reminiscent of traditional craftsmanship\. Pine cone motif light fixtures accent the all\-log interior\. 

\~ 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗥 \~ Come and snuggle into one of the comfortable sofas by the stone\-clad two\-sided fireplace that extends from floor to ceiling\. Enjoy your favorite programming on a 48" Smart TV with all popular channels, or have fun playing a game or two on a rustic log pool table\. Relive the good old days by playing Pac\-Man, Centipede, or any of the 48 classic '80s games on the upright arcade\.

The functional modern kitchen with soft\-close cabinetry and stainless steel appliances seamlessly connects to the spacious dining area\. The custom chiseled\-edge granite countertops and large island provide ample seating and prep space\. The dining room offers a cozy fireplace and a farm\-style table that comfortably seats 10 guests\. With seating for 6 at the expansive kitchen island, there's plenty of room for your group to mingle or enjoy sit\-down meals together\.

Main floor King bedroom with a comfy memory foam mattress\. The attached Jack\-and\-Jill bathroom has a double vanity and a walk\-in shower\. Full\-size washer and dryer \(starter supply of detergent only\)\. 

\~ 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗥 \~ has another King bedroom with a memory foam mattress\. Another large "family" bedroom on the second floor has two Queen beds \(handmade by the owner\) and two narrow twin daybeds\. There is a TV with all the popular channels in every bedroom\. A full bathroom with a walk\-in shower and a separate jetted tub\. Heated bathroom floors \(winter\) in both the main floor and upstairs bathrooms add a pleasant touch\.  

\~ 𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦 \~ Drink your morning coffee out on the front deck in our rocking chairs\. A picnic table is great for enjoying meals outside\. After a full day of fun, hiking, and adventures, relax in the 5\-person hot tub\. 

\~ 𝗬𝗔𝗥𝗗 \~ Take in the serenity of the Smoky Mountains with wooded and seasonal mountain ridge views\. Various native plants and trees grow in the cabin backyard \- you will feel like you are already in the Smoky Mountains National Park\. See the flame azaleas and Pink Lady Slippers bloom in spring, followed by rhododendrons in the Summer\. Rock away in the rocking chairs on the full\-length, covered porch\. Have a relaxing dinner on the porch or gather around the picnic table and charcoal grill in the yard\. Roast marshmallows and make s 's'mores by the backyard fire pit \(firewood is not provided\)\. Kids will love the "little log cabin" playhouse, built using the trees harvested on the property\.

\* Mountain Location: This is a mountain property\. Guests should expect to drive on mountain roads\. AWD/4WD or tire chains may be required during winter conditions\.
\* Child Safety: The home is child\-friendly but not child\-proof\. Property is not fenced \- children must be supervised outdoors\.
\* Housekeeping: No daily cleaning service\. Only a starter supply of essentials is provided \(toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, trash bags, etc\.\)\.
\* Wilderness Environment: Located in a wooded setting\. Encounters with insects or wildlife may occur, and are not grounds for refunds\. Keep doors closed and secure all trash in bear\-resistant containers\.
\* Wildlife: Bears, deer, raccoons, reptiles, and insects are common\. Feeding wildlife is strictly prohibited and does not qualify for refunds\.
\* Travel Protection: No refunds for weather, road conditions, or personal changes\. Travel insurance is strongly recommended\.
\* Third\-Party Amenities: Utilities \(power, water, internet, TV\) are outside our control\. Interruptions do not qualify for compensation\.
\* Wi\-Fi: Complimentary Starlink internet Wi\-Fi provided\. Although reliable, service may be affected by the weather conditions\.
\* Gas Fireplace\(s\): Seasonal use \(Oct–Mar\)\. Do not operate with AC\. No foreign materials permitted\.
\* Booking Platforms: The Rental Agreement supersedes platform policies\.
\* Rates & Discounts: Pricing may vary\. Promotions apply to new bookings only\.
\* Property Rules: No smoking/vaping or pets\. Max occupancy: 10 guests \(8 adults\)\.
\* Damage Deposit: $500\.00 held 2 days before arrival and released after inspection\.
\* Reservation Requirements: Minimum age 25\. Primary guest ID and signed Agreement required within 48 hours\.
\* Long Stays: Stays over 8 nights may require additional paid interim cleaning\.
\* Arrival Info: Instructions sent 2–3 days before check\-in\.
\* Guest Responsibilities: Guests must inspect the house within 1 hour of check\-in and report any issues to the Owners\. Unreported issues may be deemed the guest’s responsibility\. All concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing \(via text or email\) before departure, allowing the Owners reasonable time to address and document them\.
\* To ensure a peaceful environment, please keep noise to a minimum when using outdoor amenities between 10 PM and 8 AM\. We hope your stay at Appalachian Escape Cabin is filled with cherished memories, and we appreciate you treating this mountain retreat with care and respect\.
\* Guest receives 100\.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away\.
