A remarkably spacious 4 bedroom townhome in downtown Winter Park, located at the Arrow development, offers stunning views from the private rooftop hot tub of the Continental Divide\.  Its prime location on Main Street ensures convenient access to summer festivals at the Rendezvous Event Center as well as a short stroll to various restaurants, nightlife and shopping\.  For those requiring transportation to the ski resort, the free town shuttle stops right in front of the complex\.  Our unit can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, features a tandem parking garage for 2 cars, and includes 4 interior levels of living space\.
The ground level of this townhouse provides access to the two\-car garage, along with entry to the hallway that is embellished with hardwood flooring, which includes a small area designated for hanging jackets and outdoor equipment\.  Additionally, this floor contains a bedroom and bathroom, as well as access to the private patio located on the back side of the unit, allowing for outdoor enjoyment\.
The primary level of this exquisitely decorated space features a modern aesthetic complemented by high\-end furnishings, lofty ceilings, a ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace accompanied by a flat screen HDTV and a comfortable private deck\.  The open\-concept design encompasses a fully\-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a generous kitchen island that accommodates four at the breakfast bar\.
