Aspen Aerie is a mountain modern home located in the idyllic setting of Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado\. This 2378 sq ft home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 10 guests\. The main floor / 2nd floor of this home offers a primary suite with a king\-size bed and an additional guest bedroom offering a queen\-size bed\. The guest bathroom for the main level is just adjacent to the guest bedroom\. Downstairs / 1st level offers two guest bedrooms\. The first guest bedroom offers a queen\-size bed and a crib\. The second guest bedroom offers a queen\-over\-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle bed\. The heated two car garage offers an electric vehicle charger for convenience\. 

The open\-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family\. Venture out onto your private patio to take in fresh air and enjoy an email or soak in the sun\! The front door also offers a second balcony area with seating and amazing mountain, lake and valley views\! A true Rocky Mountain Experience\!

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House\. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping\-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks\. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring\-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand\-up paddle boarding\.

Monday\-Friday 10am\-7pm
Saturday 9am\-2pm
Sunday 2pm\-7pm

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross\-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand\-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon\. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore\.
