A guest bedroom on this level is appointed with double/twin bunk beds and a shared bathroom with a tub\-shower unit\. Both bedrooms have direct access to a spacious covered deck, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings\.

The second level is the main living area, offering an open\-concept living, dining, and kitchen space\. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the dining room opens to a large living area with soaring ceilings and abundant natural light\. Just off this level, your family can enjoy a covered porch with outdoor dining table and a sun deck perfect for soaking up the sun or coastal breezes\.

The top floor offers a private loft bedroom with a queen bed and a full size guest bathroom, providing extra space and privacy for family or friends\.
