This perfect combination for a quiet retreat and less than a mile from Downtown\! You'll be able to peacefully enjoy the scenery from your own balcony and soak in all the sights that the town has to offer\. 

This remodeled condo boasts a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms \(1 w/king bed, 1 w/2 full beds\), and two bathrooms, along with a pool, cable TV & WIFI\. 

From Anakeesta to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, you'll have plenty to do\!

This 2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo features 3 TVs, shiplap walls, open shelving in the cool kitchen, updated and stylish décor\! There is a king size bed, 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa making this a great place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway\!  The outdoor pool is open and there is a grill available on the balcony for your use\. We only have 1 parking space for our condo but its assigned just for you\. Keyless door code allows you to enter anytime you like\!

Our condo is all yours alone to enjoy\! You will given a keyless lock code so you can come and go anytime\! No office to check in \- just arrive after a long drive and use your personal keycode to let yourself into your private condo\!

You only get one assigned parking space\. For additional parking you will need to utilize downtown parking\.

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor\. You will walk up 1 flight of stairs then once in the condo your bedrooms are both located on the upper floor while the kitchen and living room are on the first floor\.
Fireplace only active during Winter months\.  Usually October 20\-February 28\.  Subject to change due to fire conditions and HOA regulations\.
