Welcome to "The Sunny Spot", south facing, open concept living overlooking the marshes with the ocean beyond\. Watch the changing tides as you bask in the sun on the balcony\. Steps from a private and pristine beach where you can walk for miles\. And when you are tired of the beach there are three swimming pools, a fitness area and tennis and pickle ball courts\. Search for shark's teeth and shells at Hunting Island State Park, just two miles away or travel a little farther afield and drive to historic Beaufort for sightseeing, shopping and dinner\.

Wake up to the sunrise in the master bedroom and the guest room, comfortably sleeping three is just down the hall\. Fully equipped kitchen with in unit washer and dryer\.

Don't worry about stuffing your luggage with beach towels or worrying about the beach chairs, the unit has them\. A pass to Hunting Island is also provided\. 

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 \- November 1\.
