This is a private Hotel/Condo with full resort amenities for your enjoyment\!  You'll love our indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, access to the Pemigewasett River, Great Room with fireplace, large common deck that faces Loon Mountain, game room, billiard room  and on site laundry\.

I live off premises but I do frequent the area\.  I typically answer all messages promptly

The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire\.
Popular sights are: The Lost River,  The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post \(Bear Show\), Kangamagus Highway \(Top 10 most scenic highways in US\),  Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance\.  Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile\.  The resort offers plenty of free parking\.
