Smoking Disclosure 
We take pride in offering a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests\. To ensure this, our property maintains a strict no\-smoking policy indoors\.

\~ Smoking Fee: A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found within the premises\. This fee covers professional odor removal and property restoration to maintain a smoke\-free environment\.

Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odors after every reservation\. If smoking is detected during or after your stay, the fee will be applied accordingly\.

Additional Occupancy Disclosure 
Our vacation rental is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests\. To maintain comfort and safety, we enforce a maximum occupancy limit as specified in our listing\.
