Two bedroom, two bath condo is in the Arbor Trace community of Barefoot Golf Resort\. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees\.  This unit can accommodate 6 with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa\.  Master bedroom mattress replaced in August of 2023\!

This spacious two bedroom, two bath condo at Arbor Trace is well maintained and nicely decorated\.  It also features a screened in porch\.  You'll have all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer\.

Arbor Trace has it's own private community swimming pool & BBQ area\.  During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront\.  Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach\. 

Barefoot Resort has four pro\-designed, world\-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course\. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse\.
