This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo located in The Havens at Barefoot Golf Resort\.  You'll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach\.  Unit sleeps 9 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom with 1 full on the bottom and 1 twin on the top as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room\.  No garage access\!

This ground floor condo is in a secured building and offers a spacious layout that provides plenty of room to stretch out and relax\.  Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully\-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat\-screen TVs, free Wi\-Fi & free parking\. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the living room\.

The Havens has it's own private community pool & BBQ area\.  Guest also have access to the North Tower pool & hot tub which is located right on the waterway overlooking the marina\.  During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront\.  Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach\. 

Barefoot Resort has four pro\-designed, world\-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course\. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse\.
