There's no place quite like Barrier Dunes\! This peaceful gated community offers everything your family needs to make their vacation memorable\. Play tennis, and swim in one of two pools, one of which looks out onto the beach\. Maybe you would like to go down to one of the fish\-filled ponds to fish\. Boardwalks lead you out to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico\.  Barrier Dunes is also adjacent to the St Joseph Peninsula State Park and is at the Northernmost tip of The Cape, home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets\.  

Just steps away from the gulf front, community pool, enjoy the views and a very short walk to the beach from this 2 bedroom townhouse\.  The living area is located on the main floor, including a spacious deck complete with a gas grill and dining area\. There is also a full bath and guest bedroom on the living level\.  The top floor is the private master suite with a full bathroom, laundry room, and open deck\.  Extra amenities provided at this unit include a crib, highchair, and blow dryer\.
