• Early Check\-In / Late Check\-Out\- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check\-in \(12 PM\) and late check\-out \(2 PM\) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability\. 
• No Events or Weddings\- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted\.
• Dog\-Friendly with Fee\- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog\. Just let us know in advance\!
• Lake Levels May Vary\- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control\.
