It is situated across the street from the bay, which means you can enjoy breathtaking bay views from the comfort of your own home\. Driveway Dimensions: 10' W x 35' D POOL HOURS: 9AM\-9PM\. Please note, this is a residential neighborhood and you have the potential to see and hear your neighbors\. Guests must be out of the pool at 9PM as an agreement with the neighbors\. The pool is heated to 80 degrees in the daytime, late at night it cycles through a filtration system and drops temperature\. Guest is required to keep the pool cover on at night to help regulate the pool temperature\. The pool fee listed in your reservation quote includes the pool heated to 80 degrees\. Please note we have a regular weekly maintenance visit and pool hours are 9 am – 9 pm\. No lifeguard present\. Excessive use of the pool heater will result in a high energy bill and the guest will be required to pay for above average energy bill\. BOOKING TERMS: Per the cancellation policy, eligible cancellations may receive a full refund less credit card processing fees\. These non\-refundable fees are charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and typically range from 3\.9% to 4\.7% of the total transaction amount\.
