## Description
It's rare to find places that are both historic and one\-of\-a\-kind\.  Reinvented old commercial buildings to accommodate families, groups, and even pets\. A Perfect location, on the Bayou Teche in the middle of the Downtown Historic District, with Restaurants, Shops, Venues, and Bars within walking distance\. Separate but adjoining units are Designed for out\-of\-town guests that are visiting for weddings, reunions, and company events\.\.\. Everything you need to stay and \#feedyoursoul\.

We are available to answer questions and provide recommendations\.  If there is a problem Mickey can be there quickly to resolve it most of time\.  We may stop by to say hello and thank you in person for staying with us\.  Finding out about what brings you to New Iberia and the interest that you have in the area, may help us accommodate future guests\. WARNING Our places are not approved by Mr\. or Mrs\. KARENS\. We have tried to get the seal of approval from KAREN, but somehow we always fall short\.
