This quaint little gem is a private suite situated on the Bayou Teche and in the middle of downtown New Iberia\. 1\-2 minute walk from unique restaurants & night spots\. Whether you are staying for play or for business we can accommodate you and your guests\. This space has the kitchen, living room and bed room all in one space\!\! Please see pictures\!\! We have a full stainless steel kitchen, full bath with whirlpool tub, free Wi\-Fi, waterfront, large back deck, covered parking, outdoor grill queen murphy bed and double size sofa bed \(slightly larger than a twin, smaller than a full\) and minutes walk distance to downtown activities including bars, restaurants, boutiques, museum, Plantation House tour, book store, coffee shop, gift stores, night clubs, and the city park\. \#feedyoursoul

You are renting the full house, deck, covered parking for two \(additional guests may park free at Bouligny Plaza\) and on the bank of the bayou where you can dock your boat or fish\. Our guest say there is nothing comperable because the location is so unique\.  One block off of main street in the heart of downtown, tucked away on the bayou\. The aminities of this space and the fact that you are not sharing it with any other guest make it a perfect alternitive to a hotel\. A better value comes from multiple nights stayed, one night stays are welcome, note: the cleaning fee is the same wehther its one night or 1 week\.

We try to meet our guest upon arrival to answer questions they may have\. We will be available by phone 24/7\. We do not live on the property, there is no other guest you are sharing space with\.

This is the HEART of downtown New Iberia\. There are many festivities and events going on\.

Walking to several different shops, bars, restaurants, and night clubs is only a few minutes away\. Your guests can park in the adjacent Bouligny Plaza\. Lots to see and do walking distance, other major attractions can be driven to within 15 minutes\. Uber and taxi services are available\. Tabasco and Jungle Gardens are only 9 miles away\.\#feedyoursoul
