\~	Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it's time to relax and cool off\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\. 

\~	Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.
