Right away you will notice the updated eat\-in style kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher\. The kitchen also offers a breakfast bar opening out to the main living area\. The living area is spacious and furnished with comfortable lounge seating for family and guests enjoying the 55" flat screen smart TV with HD programming and streaming services available\. Just off the living area is the screened balcony overlooking a serine water feature and lake\. The patio is furnished with outdoor dining set with seating for 6\. Back inside you will also find the master suite on the main living floor\. The master bedroom is furnished with king\-size bed and TV\. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and dual sink vanity\.
