On the 3rd floor are two bedrooms each with their own balcony, bathroom, flat screen tv, and queen sized bed\. Down half a flight of stairs from the main entrance is a bedroom with a twin trundle and queen size bed\.The  lower room also includes its own private bathroom\. 

The rooftop features a BBQ grill and ample seating for a family to hang out, dine, soak up some sunshine or just take in the beautiful views\. This unit is close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park, or the Bay\. It is even a short drive to local attractions like: Sea World \~10 minutes, the San Diego Zoo \~15 minutes, Balboa Park \~15 minutes, Downtown San Diego \~15 minutes, and the Torrey Pines golf course \~20 minutes\.
