First floor Condo just steps from Lewes Beach\. This condo has two bedrooms, one bath, an eat\-in kitchen, large family room and private porch\. The owner has made significant upgrades including central air conditioning, new mattress, windows, furniture, updated bathroom, ceiling fans and a roomy family room with a bay view\. Other amenities include: free parking \(for two vehicles\), dishwasher, over\-the\-stove microwave, spacious master bedroom, private closet in each bedroom, TV, Wi\-Fi and access to a bike rack\. 

Whether your vacation includes relaxing on the beach, shopping or dining, this property is centrally located within a walk or bike ride to downtown Lewes, the Cape May\-Lewes Ferry, or Cape Henlopen State Park \(just to name a few\)\.

All guests should supply their own sheets and towels or opt for the linen rental package\.

This property does not accept pets\. 

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.  If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.
