The Space:
This 5\-bedroom, 3\-bathroom vacation home is designed with families and groups in mind\. The first floor features two well\-furnished bedrooms each with a queen bed\. On the second floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including an Oceanside master suite with a king bed, a street\-side master with a king bed, and a north\-side bedroom with two double beds, perfect for children or additional guests\. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, allowing you to refresh your beachwear and linens throughout your stay\. Relax on one of the two decks overlooking the pool and facing oceanward, gather in the spacious living area, or take a short drive/walk to the nearby restaurants, the pier, and/or the beach\!

Access:
The entire home including 2 full width\-of\-the\-house balconies, both overlooking the pool deck and the upper looking out toward the ocean\.

Neighborhood:
It doesn't get better than this in terms of Surfside Beach location\. You will be able to be at the beach and yet have an urban experience, being able to walk many places\. The brand new Surfside Beach Pier opened in March 2024 is a 1 minute walk away along with several outstanding dining options\. Don' forget to ask us about some of our fun and affordable private chef sessions for your family to have a really elevated experience\!

Transit:
For transportation, a luxe gas\-powered golf cart is available for rent \($65/day for the 4\-seater and $75/day for the 6\-seater\) offering approximately 140 miles of cruising on a single tank \(gas included\)\. You can add this feature in your guest portal after booking\. This makes accessing the public beach easier\. Alternatively, the beach access is a short walk away \(less than two blocks\)\. The property is conveniently located, just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport\. Uber services are readily available, with estimated fares of $25\-30 to reach the property\.

Additional Notes:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths\. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each\. which are all included in the "cleaning fee"\. Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels\. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate\.

To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you\. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes\. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread\.
