## Description
Beach Bellini is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom private home in Holmes Beach\. Just an 8 minute walk to the beach, pull into the paver driveway with a one\-car garage and enter this light and airy home with wood floors and wood plank ceilings\.  The fully\-stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, bar counter seating as well as a dining table with seating for six\. There's a washer and dryer right off the kitchen that allows the convenience for you\. Three lovely bedrooms; one with a king and two bedrooms with queen beds and each bedroom having their own ensuite bathroom\. After a day at the beach, head outdoors in the private backyard and there's a heated pool and outdoor seating as well as a grill\. Truly a vacation home for you and your family to make memories\.
