Please note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules\. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed\.

Please note: The building elevator is currently out of service as of April 23, 2026\. Repairs are in progress, and updates will be provided as they become available\.

We are excited to share that a brand new sauna has been added to the unit\! Unfortunately it's unusable at the moment due to the sauna door's delay in delivery\. The soaking tub previously featured in the bathroom has been removed to make space for this upgrade\.

If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day\.

\~\~ PARKING \~\~
Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building\. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules\. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch\.

\~\~ FLOOR & ACCESS \~\~
This condo is located on the 2nd floor\. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience\. If you prefer a unit on the first floor, please reach out—we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit\.

\~\~Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered\~\~
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling\. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay\.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away\. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip\.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess\.

A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long\-term guest stays, short\-term guest stays may request a mid\-stay cleaning for an extra fee\. 

\- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform\. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted\.
