Conveniently located in Dewey Beach and a mere 2\.5 blocks to the beach\. This three story town home is dog friendly\! The town home has two off street parking spaces and a community pool\. The first floor of the home includes and open living, kitchen and half bath\. The second floor includes one full bathroom and two bedrooms\. The third floor includes a master bedroom and bathroom with a balcony overlooking the pool\.

Tenants with pets will pay a $200 non nonrefundable pet fee per pet\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $193\.00\.

Booking Restrictions\-
7 Night Stays\- starting June through August
2 Night Stays\- Jan through April and October through December
3 Night Stay\- starting May through mid June

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\.
