Just steps to the sand\! This one\-bedroom cottage is just one block from the beach and 1/2 block from the bay\. Centrally located and family friendly with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance\. 

Great Mission Beach neighborhood\. Surf and swim friendly\. 

Uncrowded sandy bottom beach break straight out front\. Rent a board around the corner or sign up for surf lessons across the street\. Paddle board on the bay or explore Mission Beach on a bike\.

Your beach oasis awaits\. With air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals or mix a fun cocktail to enjoy while relaxing on the cozy patio\.

The bedroom has a Queen bed\. There is a daybed in the living area that doubles as a twin bed sleeping space and the couch for a relaxing night in watching TV\.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal\. There is Uverse TV so you won't miss your favorite show, and Netflix if you just want to relax and watch a movie\.

The boardwalk is just steps away\. There are lots of great local restaurants, a juice bar and coffee shops to enjoy and be sure to check out happy hour at one of nearby watering holes\. Hang with the locals in this laid\-back beach community\.

There is not a parking space with the home\. There is street parking \(please note signs for street sweeping\)\.
