## Description
Come stay in our roomy and open Studio/Efficiency apartment\.This gem of a unit is a private apartment of a Beach Side home\.  Nothing is shared with your own parking space just outside the door\.We are Pet Friendly\.  With a full size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Room\.We have a full size kitchen, Queen Size Bed, Queen pull out sofa, and washer/dryer\. A full size bathroom with stand up luxury shower\. It also has a large 65" Smart TV, high speed WiFi and Central Heat/AC\.We have added a "sleeper sofa" Queen Size, for additional capacity\. As is usual with these type of "beds" they are probably less comfortable than a normal bed and are more appropriate for kids\.This private, cozy unit is just steps away from the beach\. There are no streets to cross, just a one minute walk to some of the best beaches the Chesapeake Bay has to offer\! With a private entrance and private off\- street parking, we are proud to offer this to anyone traveling light who does not need an abundance of space\.Quiet hours begin at 9 PM\.This is a Family/Residential unit and area\. No loud music or noise\.Guests have a private entrance to the space\. A lockbox is installed so that you may check yourself in and out\.
