Located at 1 Swedes Street, this fully remodeled vacation rental offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean in a modern and updated coastal condo\. Guests enter this unit into the open concept kitchen and living room, that opens out onto the waterfront deck\. Brew a cup of coffee in the morning, then just sit back and relax while listing to the ocean \- it doesn't get any better\! In addition to being right on the ocean, Beachcomber Unit 2 is centrally located in Dewey Beach, sitting directly on Swedes Street\! This rental is a short stroll to area shops and restaurants like Dewey Beer Company, East of Maui, Nalu, and so much more\! Unit 2 is located on the top floor of the building; Two flights of stairs are required to access this unit\. Complex has parking for one car per unit; parking is labeled and found below the building\. Shared, coin\-operated washer and dryer can be found in the stairwell\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $146\.50\.
