Guests will enjoy the breathtaking views along with the convenient beachfront location\.Each side of the duplex has 9 bedrooms and 9\.5 baths and sleeps a total of 22 people\. The entire vacation home sleeps 44 people, making it a very popular rental house for large groups\.

Reservations must be a minimum of seven nights during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events, such as spring break and fall break\.
