A propane grill is also available for oceanside cookouts and grilling the day’s fresh catch\. Kayak, two paddleboards, and beach chairs are included for guest use\. The home offers six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests\. Enjoy ocean or water views, high\-end linens, smart TVs, comfortable beds, and direct access to multiple spacious decks\. While the interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort, the true highlights are the outdoor amenities\. The private pool can be heated for an additional non\-refundable $300 fee during mid\-to\-late March – June 1 and September 1 – November 1 \(weather and temperature permitting\)\.
