The updated kitchen is well\-stocked and opens to the calming neutral palette of the living and dining area\. The large balcony is roomy enough for everyone and is a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and Gulf breezes while you sip your morning coffee\. If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4\-minute walk\. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake\.
