The condo features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a convenient futon, accommodating up to 3 guests\. The inviting living area is perfect for relaxation, while the well\-equipped kitchenette with a compact refrigerator and microwave allows you to prepare light meals and beach\-day snacks\. 

Step outside to discover the beautiful public beach access, where you can soak up the sun or take a leisurely stroll along the shore\. • NO SMOKING \| NO PETS: Strictly enforced\.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom\. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags\. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay\.
