In prestigious waterfront Aruba building, this condo embodies sophistication and elegance\.  Relax poolside or splash your day away in the gorgeous brand new pool overlooking the ocean\.  

Natural light to floods the interior and provides beautiful views of the surrounding waters\. The open\-concept layout seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an ideal space for entertaining and family fun nights\.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top\-of\-the\-line appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space\. The kitchen offers both functionality and luxury\.

Each of the three bedrooms is meticulously designed to provide comfort and privacy\. The master suite boasts sweeping views of the intracoastal, a spacious walk\-in closet, and a lavish en\-suite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub, a separate glass\-enclosed shower, and dual vanities\. The remaining bedrooms are appointed with plush furnishings ensuring a serene retreat for guests\.

You will receive your door code for the building and the unit by noon the day of check\-in\.  Garage parking fob will be in the unit for you to retrieve\. Pet Fee is $25/night per pet, must be paid prior to arrival date\.
