Nestled amongst the oaks this unit has wonderful unobstructed oceanfront views from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and  lower level Queen bedroom\.  Mid level bedrooms have a King & Queen bedrooms, both with balconies facing front of building\.  All bedrooms have walk in showers\.  Sea\-Esta guests enjoy access to the Beach Walker pool, beach, walking and biking trails, spa, shops, and many great dining options\.\.\.all within a short walking distance\!  Golf is available at many great local courses on the island\. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available \- please inquire for additional information\. This unit comes with one assigned covered parking spot as well; all other parking out in the front open lot\.
Downtown Fernandina Beach is just a 15 minute drive, with its charming atmosphere and great shops and restaurants\. This condo truly has it all and you will want to return again and again\.
