This beautiful 3\-bedroom and 2\-bath condo is located on the 3rd floor at Beachwood Villas 10C in the heart of Seagrove\. This condo has been tastefully decorated with a beachy, tropical charm\. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious balcony overlooking the pool and lush landscaping\. The kitchen conveniently opens to the living & dining areas and is fully stocked for your cooking needs\. The comfy cozy living area includes and TV and DVD player for your entertainment needs\! A short walk takes you to convenient beach access located across the street from Tom Thumb and you're even closer to one of the communities 2 pools\. Sleeping Arrangements \- Sleeps 6: Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access\. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo\. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, Blu\-Ray player\. Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, TV\. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance\. The 20\-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex\. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\.
